Shiraz from our Mount Barker vineyard. Medium bodied yet delicate style of Shiraz. Minty, choclate blackberry nose, with bitter choclate, bay leaf, fennel cured meat and plum palate with smokey notes.
 
Food Pairing: Peppered steak with creamy mushroom sauce or slow-cooked venison with juniper berry and shiraz jus.
