How Our Deliveries Work

All options in the "Shipping" dropdown are available to you. Although we do offer same-day delivery to over 160 suburbs in Perth, unfortunately, if you can't see this option, it is not available to your selected shipping address - sorry!

Standard Post means we will safely post your beautiful gift with Australia Post. This will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive. 

​

Express Post is also sent via Australia Post. This takes 1-2 business days (mostly) although regional areas can sometimes incur delays.

Same-Day Delivery We proudly offer same-day delivery (Monday to Friday) in the Perth metro area. Although some later orders may still be delivered, our cut-off time is 12pm. If an order is placed after this time, the delivery will be made the following business day.

 

Please note that regional WA and eastern state deliveries may take a little longer, which is unfortunately out of our control. All available shipping options for your delivery address will be displayed at checkout.

Please reach out if you have any questions. We really do love to help and will do everything we can to ensure you are absolutely delighted with our service. Unfortunately, requests for specific day deliveries cannot be made with the "Standard Postage" and "Express Postage" options as this is out of our hands. You can request a specific day if you are within the "Same-Day" delivery boundaries.

 

1. Packaging and Damages:

At Little Gift Box, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive at their destination in pristine condition. However, in the unfortunate event that any items are damaged during transit, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation and provide a suitable solution.

 

2. Delivery Time:

While we will provide an estimated delivery time, please note that there may be instances where factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, can affect the delivery timeline. We will strive to keep you informed about any delays and work with our couriers to minimize any inconveniences caused.
